Al-Sareen Group and the Egyptian Edex Group today signed a strategic partnership agreement to develop the construction sector in the Sultanate of Oman.
The agreement was signed by Salem bin Said Al-Wohaibi, Chairman of Al-Sareen Group, while Engineer Hussein El-Dessouki, Chairman and Managing Director of Edex Group, signed on behalf of his company, in the presence of His Excellency Engineer Khamis bin Mohammed Al-Shamakhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology for Transport.
Salem Al-Wohaibi, Chairman of Al-Sareen Group, stated that the partnership with Edex Group will enable the company to provide world-class solutions that will contribute to the advancement of the construction sector and raise work standards in the building industry in the region.
He added that expanding the company’s business base and enhancing its investments positively reflects on the company’s efforts to employ national workforce and raise the levels of Omanization, as Al-Sareen Group believes that investing in national talent is a long-term investment.
For his part, Engineer Hussein El-Dessouki expressed that the partnership represents a vital collaboration between two leading companies in their respective fields, working together with Al-Sareen Group to redefine excellence in the construction and engineering sector across the Sultanate of Oman.
