ANKARA,
(WAM) — Sultan Al Mansoori, Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, led a high-level delegation to the Republic of Türkiye to explore enhancing prospects of future cooperation in areas of mutual interest, reflecting the aspirations of both leaderships to develop and strengthen ties.
Sultan Al Mansoori held prominent meetings with esteemed figures including Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure; Mustafa Tuzcu, Deputy Minister of Trade; Dr. Hakan Yurdakul, Member of the Turkish Presidential Economic Council; Mehmet Ali Akarca, Chairperson of DEIK/Turkey-UAE Business Council; Mustafa Gültepe, President of Turkish Exporter’s Assembly (TIM); and Burak Dağlıoğlu, President of Investment Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye.
Discussions between the two sides highlighted important areas of economic and investment cooperation across various sectors including food and water security, infrastructure development projects, railway collaborations, civil aviation, and examined the potential for further investment opportunities.
Moreover, the two sides affirmed both countries’ commitment to strengthening economic and investment ties, as well as fostering mutual collaboration between the two friendly countries, aligning with the joint vision to achieve sustainable development and economic prosperity.
Al Mansoori emphasised the significance of the UAE-Türkiye partnership in driving economic growth and beneficial initiatives that would contribute to the prosperity of both nations.
