“Oman and Zanzibar Strengthen Bilateral Ties: Focus on Economic, Cultural, and Health Cooperation”

The Police College of Qatar, on Thursday celebrated the graduation second batch of Police Officers of Tomorrow” Program, held at the College premises, the graduation ceremony was held in presence of HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior Abdullah bin Khalaf bin Hattab Al Kaabi and a lineup of officials and officers from MOI.
The new batch comprised 400 students who have undergone two weeks of different skills training, in addition to the cultural, educational and awareness content of the program.
Commenting on the event, Training Officer at the Department of Training at the Police College, Captain Mubarak Abdulaziz Al Mannai said that the two-week program attracts the age group (9 to 11 years), and aims to enhance self-confidence and develop leadership skills.
He explained that the Police Officers of Tomorrow program simulates the training program for candidates officers at the Police College, in order to inculcate some skills that help educate young people about the role of the security personnel, in addition to instilling religious and national values in them.
Captain Al Mannai pointed out that the program was organized in cooperation with the National Agency for Cybersecurity, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs to give educational lectures to students, in addition to cooperation with Dreama, Shafallah and Aman centers, in order to broaden community participation.
