The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation continues to implement the Research and Innovation Training Courses Support Program in its first cycle across academic institutions in various governorates.
The ministry has conducted a statistical analysis program at Muscat College and a qualitative research program at Al Buraimi University. This week, five training courses will be held at Al Sharqiya University, the Military Technical College, and Al Buraimi University, focusing on skills and methods of scientific research, the use of artificial intelligence in scientific research, patent registration, and encouraging entrepreneurial initiatives, in addition to training on the latest research and innovative tools and techniques.
The implementation of this program aims to empower researchers and innovators to develop their research and innovative projects, enhance scientific output, contribute to achieving sustainable development goals, and strengthen the position of the Sultanate of Oman in global indicators.
The courses have witnessed a significant turnout from participants, who praised the content of the training programs and their positive impact on developing their research skills. More training courses will continue to be implemented in the coming period across various governorates, further enhancing the journey of research and innovation.
