(BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received the board members of Al Eslah Society at Al Safriya Palace.
His Majesty the King commended the society’s social, humanitarian, and charitable programmes benefiting the Kingdom and its citizens.
Dr. Abdullatif Al Sheikh, Chairman of Al Eslah Society, expressed his appreciation to HM the King for his continuous support for the society’s programmes, including its Quran-focused activities.
Dr. Al Sheikh congratulated HM the King on the Silver Jubilee of his Accession to the Throne, highlighting HM’s efforts in promoting Quran values, supporting Quran centres, and honouring memorisers and teachers.
He highlighted HM the King’s patronage of Quran memorisation events in 2015, 2019, and 2024 which recognised Quran scholars and competition winners.
Dr. Al Sheikh lauded Bahrain’s achievements in politics, the economy, education, and culture under the leadership of HM the King, as well as His Majesty’s commitment to strengthening initiatives for families, youth, women, and sports. He also commended the support of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
HM the King commended Al Eslah Society for its efforts in promoting national unity and advancing Quran education and teachings.
HM King Hamad emphasised the strong bonds among Bahrain’s people, rooted in their educated and civilised culture, and underscored the Kingdom’s commitment to its citizens’ prosperity, wishing them success in their efforts.
HM the King said Bahrain’s contributions to charitable, humanitarian, and voluntary work, was a reflection of the unity of its people, inspired by Islamic values and Bahraini traditions.
