Bank Muscat Strengthens Partnership with Al Masarra Hospital as Part of its CSR Initiatives

MUSCAT,

In line with its strong commitment to social responsibility, community service and keenness to contribute to supporting various sectors, Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate of Oman, has strengthened its partnership with Al Masarra Hospital. The Bank recently provided a vehicle to assist in transporting patients from and to the hospital, facilitating a seamless treatment process. The contribution was formally presented in a brief ceremony held in Al Masarra Hospital and attended by Dr. Badr Ali Al Habsi, General Director of Al Masarra Hospital and Talib Saif Al Makhmari, Head of Community and Media Relations, Bank Muscat.

About this partnership, Dr. Badr Ali Al Habsi, General Director of Al Masarra Hospital, said: “The hospital recognises its successful collaboration with Bank Muscat, a pioneering form of partnership between health institutions and corporates. This initiative aims to improve community services, as Bank Muscat donated a vehicle dedicated to the Community Psychological Services Department. It will improve our capacity to visit patients in their homes and provide them the necessary health and social care they require. In order to maintain treatment continuity, this support will help to enhance patients’ experience and guarantee that they receive effective and high-quality care. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Bank Muscat for this initiative, which demonstrates their strong commitment to social responsibility. To fulfil our goals of offering a long-term mental health treatment, this kind of effort is of essential importance.”
