(BNA): His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, attended the opening of the 25th BSCM Congress on Human Resources.
The event, organized annually by the Bahrain Society for Human Capital Management (BSCM), was held in the presence of Ahmed Mohammed Al Zayani, Chairman of the BSCM.
The congress, running until December 5, is held under the theme of shaping strategic partnerships in human resource management.
It will focus on future challenges and aspirations within organizations, aiming to adapt human resource management as a strategic partner in decision-making to achieve senior management goals in growth and profitability. Topics also include the impact of digital transformation on organizational performance, digital literacy to enhance the workplace environment, and building human resource capabilities in line with strategic objectives.
The event brings together key decision-makers, including CEOs and specialists from leading local and international companies, alongside experts in human resource development from Bahrain and abroad.
