(BNA): Dina Yusuf Sayyadiah, Director of the Beneficiary Service Directorate at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, confirmed that the ministry will showcase its housing finance programmes and new initiatives during the exhibition held alongside the Innovation Summit in the Social Housing Sector.
The event will be held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, from April 23 – 25 at Exhibition World Bahrain.
The exhibition coincides with the opening of applications for the Tas’heel+ financing scheme, starting April 23. Visitors will have access to information on various housing finance options, exclusive property offers aligned with bank financing values, and an electronic calculator to estimate suitable financing based on income.
The ministry will also showcase other financing schemes, including Tas’heel and Mazaya, provide advisory services, and present projects under the Government Land Development Rights Programme in partnership with the private sector.
The summit brings together local, regional, and international experts to discuss innovative building technologies, investment opportunities, community-focused housing programmes, and sustainable urban planning. Over 30 government, banking, and real estate entities will participate in the exhibition.
