His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq – may God protect him – issued today four royal decrees, the texts of which are as follows:
Royal Decree No. (23 / 2025) approving the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Maritime Transport and Ports between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco.
We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, after reviewing the Basic Law of the State, and the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Maritime Transport and Ports between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, signed in Rabat on July 4, 2023, and based on what serves the public interest, decree as follows:
Article One: Approval of the aforementioned agreement, according to the attached text.
Article Two: This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of its issuance.

Corresponding to: March 3, 2025 AD
Royal Decree No. (24 / 2025) approving the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus to Avoid Double Taxation and Prevent Financial Evasion regarding Income Taxes.
We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, after reviewing the Basic Law of the State, and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus to Avoid Double Taxation and Prevent Financial Evasion regarding Income Taxes, signed in Muscat on December 8, 2024, and based on what serves the public interest, decree as follows:
Article One: Approval of the aforementioned agreement, according to the attached text.
Article Two: This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect from the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree No. (25 / 2025) approving the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania to Eliminate Double Taxation regarding Income Taxes and Prevent Tax Evasion.
We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman, after reviewing the Basic Law of the State, and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania to Eliminate Double Taxation regarding Income Taxes and Prevent Tax Evasion, signed in Muscat on December 15, 2024, and based on what serves the public interest, decree as follows:
Article One: Approval of the aforementioned agreement, according to the attached text.
Article Two: This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into effect
from the date of its issuance.
