Al Madinah Al Munawwarah,
Represented by the Ministry of Finance, the Sultanate of Oman today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Ministry of Finance on upgrading cooperation in the financial field.
The MoU was inked by Sultan Salim Al Habsi, Minister of Finance, and Mohammed Abdullah Al Jadaan, Saudi Minister of Finance.
The MoU seeks to enhance ties of cooperation between the Sultanate of Oman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, exchange expertise in financial fields, boost joint coordination on regional and international issues, develop the overall financial policies and analyze public financial data, in addition to streamlining financial and legal regulations and related governance in the public sector.
