The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement today expressing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s welcoming of the ceasefire in Lebanon.
The Kingdom expressed its appreciation for all international efforts in this regard and hopes that this will lead to the implementation of Security Council Resolution 1701, which preserves Lebanon’s sovereignty, security, and stability and ensures the safe return of displaced persons to their homes.
