Bank Muscat Celebrates Relocation of Athaiba Branch with Enhanced Services

MUSCAT, 27 October 2024 –

As part of its strategic initiative to expand and enhance its branch network, Bank Muscat celebrated the relocation of its Athaiba branch along November 18th Street. The event, held under the patronage of Saleh bin Mohammed Al Zakwani, Executive Chairman of Apex Media, and attended by members of the Bank’s executive management, esteemed customers, and special invitees.

The new branch is designed to elevate the banking experience by integrating modern safety, security, and technological solutions. This relocation underscores the Bank’s commitment to providing top-tier services in a comfortable environment, allowing customers to conduct their transactions efficiently and securely. The Athaiba branch offers a comprehensive range of banking services tailored to meet diverse customer needs

Strategically located in Athaiba amidst key commercial hubs, the branch houses a Private Banking and Wealth Management Center and the Asalah Priority Banking Center. These dedicated facilities offer personalized service through Relationship Managers, ensuring fast and seamless transactions in a welcoming atmosphere. The branch also supports various financing services, including the “Baituna” housing finance product, and features specialized services for small businesses through the Najahi Business Banking Unit. Besides, the branch caters to the needs of people with disabilities, offering accessible facilities and self-service banking devices, such as ATMs and CDMs. These machines enable customers to perform a wide array of transactions, including withdrawals, check deposits, and bill payments. The branch operates from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Abdulnasir N. Al Raisi, General Manager of Personal Banking at Bank Muscat, expressed his enthusiasm for the new branch, stating: “This relocation reflects our continuous efforts to expand our footprint across Oman’s governorates, making banking services more accessible to everyone. Saleh Mohammed Al Maaini, Deputy General Manager – Capital Regions, Bank Muscat, highlighted the significance of the relocation, noting: “The move to a larger, more accessible location on November 18th Street is a major milestone for our branch network, particularly in Muscat. This new branch consolidates multiple banking services under one roof, allowing customers to experience efficient and comprehensive banking in one convenient location. Through the new Athaiba branch, customers can access a variety of personal, housing, and auto financing options, request debit, credit, and prepaid cards, and open accounts, including children’s accounts.
