Bank Muscat Introduces Khareef Dhofar Visitors to Various Banking Services

Within its participation in Salalah Eat Festival

Bank Muscat, the leading financial service provider in the Sultanate of Oman, is participating in the third edition of the Salalah Eat Festival, which currently takes place in Al Hafa beach market, from the 22nd to 31 of August, 2024, with participation of a number of small and medium enterprises.

Bank Muscat’s teams are also available in the festivalto cater to all enquiries related to the Bank’s products and services such as accounts, loans, credit cards and more. There will also be a dedicated team to cater to enquires specific to small and medium enterprises in terms of current account, financing or payment solutions.

The festival’s main focus is to strengthen the tourism sector, support small and medium-sized enterprises, and encourage entrepreneurship. It also looks into enrich the visitors ‘ experience with a range of various events and accompanying entertainment offers aimed at various segments of society to enhance the tourist movement in Dhofar governorate.

On the occasion, Taya Eid Bait Sabeea, Deputy General Manager Interior Regions At Bank Muscat said: “The Bank is keen to take part of the Salalah Eat festival, which attracts large numbers of visitors during Khareef Dhofar season to enjoy the distinctive atmosphere and spend exceptional times. I would like to extend thanks and appreciation to the organizers of the festival and invite customers to visit the Bank Muscat corner to take advantage of the services it offers and enjoy the accompanying events “.

The Bank Muscat booth offers a variety of services such as those provided to micro, small and medium enterprises through Najahi Business banking, encompassing collateral-free loans, opening of current accounts and other credit-related facilities to grow their businesses.

Bank Muscat’s Sales Team available at the booth delightedly answers visitors queries and provide immediate services like children, Floosi and Shababi accounts opening, in addition to credit cards enquiries and requests which bears exclusive offers and benefits for customers.

The booth displays various payment solutions provided by Bank Muscat featured with speed and security catering to the business owners’ requirements. Customers will get a closer look to the Tap‘N’Go payment service available on various Android devices that are enabled with the Near Field Communication (NFC) feature. The service facilitates transactions of payment collection by eliminating the need of having a physical terminal to accept payments.

Bank Muscat is keen to adopt top-notch banking services, enabling customers to complete their transactions safely in no time. The innovative digital solutions are designed to meet customers’ needs and fulfill their changing requirements. 

The Bank’s booth witnesses a great turnout of Khareef Dhofar visitors, offering a variety of entertaining activities such as a photo zone, games zone, and VR zone. Visitors to the Bank Muscat’s booth will have the opportunity to enter the raffle draw and win valuable prizes.
