Muscat to Host Exclusive Event on Construction Arbitration and Dispute Management

Muscat: MASIN, an internationally renowned consultancy firm specialising in engineering and construction disputes and arbitrations, in collaboration with Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre, is organising an exclusive event in Muscat focusing on Arbitrations in Construction Contracts and Dispute Management.

This event will take place on 28 August 2024 at the Crowne Plaza, Qurum Heights, Muscat, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM GST.

The event will feature two highly anticipated panel discussions, bringing together leading experts and practitioners in the field.

The first panel discussion, titled “Arbitration and Settlement under Omani Law,” will provide insights into the legal frameworks and best practices for arbitration in Oman. This session will be moderated by Pallavi S Chavan of MASIN and will include insights from Dr. Shehab Farouk, Legal Director at CMS Oman; Gerard Moore, Partner at Mayer Brown; Amir Mahdavi, Senior Associate at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP; and Mayank Singh Thakur, Senior Partner at MASIN.
