Bank Muscat Extends Strong Support to Khareef Dhofar 2024 Providing Wide Range of Services

MUSCAT,

In line with its commitment to participate in different local events and extend support to tourism promotion initiatives, Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate of Oman, extended its support to Khareef Dhofar 2024 activities through providing a wide range of banking facilities to offer customers the best services possible during this popular season. Bank Muscat has taken a lot of efforts to enhance its partnership with various government and private institutions in different sectors including tourism; aiming to uphold its social and developmental responsibilities, striving to collaborate with all segments of society and serve the community. Participating in such events confirms the Bank’s commitment to translate the goals of Oman Vision 2024.

Bank Muscat is keen to provide customers with the best services possible by ensuring the availability of banking facilities and services through branches, ATMs, and CDMs in Dhofar as well as those situated on the highway between Adam and Thumrait, in addition to the online services.

On this occasion, Taya Eid Bait Sabeea, Deputy General Manager – Interior Regions, Bank Muscat, said: “We are pleased to continue our support to Khareef Dhofar by offering a suite of financial services and facilities for all visitors. Bank Muscat has invested heavily in cutting-edge technology to provide all our customers with banking services through multiple channels. I would like to take this opportunity to reaffirm that we will continue to develop our services to ensure that they reach everyone in the Sultanate; a key goal that comes in line with our vision “To Serve You Better, Everyday”.”

To have easy access to banking services 24/7, the Bank maintains more than 60 ATMs, CDMs, FFMs, BCDM, Multi-Function Kiosk and statement printers, in addition to the ATM mobile unit currently located in Ittin area and 14 branches in the Governorate of Dhofar, including the recently inaugurated branch in Sahalnoot. These branches are distributed based on population density as well as economic and commercial growth in the Governorate. Considering its leadership position in the Sultanate of Oman, Bank Muscat has a total of 185 branches and over 828 touchpoints including Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) and Full Function Machines (FFMs) installed across the country.

With the large number of visitors in the governorate, there is a higher demand for banking services and the Bank is sparing no effort in ensuring that its ATMs and CDMs are available to customers 24/7, offering various financial services. Also, the Bank is continuously upgrading its internet and mobile banking services and Call Centre to offer customers a fast, comfortable and secure banking experience.
