These awards recognise the leading banking institutions for their excellence in the digital banking sphere across the region and which stand out in terms of providing customers with innovative banking solutions that aim to enhance customer experience and facilitate their access to various services and facilities. Bank Muscat’s selection came after a robust evaluation process and discussions with experts in the field worldwide. At a grand ceremony held in Dubai, Mohammed bin Sultan Al Habsi, the representative of Bank Muscat’s office in UAE, received the award on behalf of the Bank. The event was attended by officials representing major institutions and companies across the Middle East and the world.
