His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, received in Riyadh today President of the Republic of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
HRH the Crown Prince welcomed the Ukrainian President to the Kingdom. In turn, the President of Ukraine expressed his happiness about visiting the Kingdom and meeting with HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
During the meeting, they reviewed aspects of Saudi-Ukrainian relations. Both sides discussed the Ukrainian-Russian crisis. HRH the Crown Prince reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s support for all international endeavors aimed at resolving the crisis and arriving at peace, while continuing to contribute to alleviating the situation of the population through humanitarian assistance.
The Ukrainian President expressed appreciation and thanks for the efforts exerted by the Kingdom in this regard.
Present at the meeting were Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Cabinet Member Prince Turki bin Mohammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Sport Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of State, Cabinet Member and National Security Advisor Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, and Saudi Ambassador to Saudi Ambassador to Ukraine, Mohammed Al-Mas-har Al-Jibreen.
Ukrainian officials attended the meeting, among whom Presidential Office Head Andriy Yermak, Minister for Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba, Minister for Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshin, Minister of Defence Rustem Umerov and Ukrainian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Anatolii Petrenko.
