
The Cybersecurity Accelerator, in its second edition featuring 9 local startups, organized a series of events and specialized workshops in Silicon Valley, USA. The objective was to explore globally successful experiences in entrepreneurship and investment in the cybersecurity sector, enabling participating companies to learn about the latest innovative trends and prospects in the industry.
The program, known as “CyberX,” aimed to foster the development of the cybersecurity sector in the Kingdom by facilitating the exchange of scientific knowledge with experts and specialists in entrepreneurship. It included a three-week schedule that featured field visits to leading global cybersecurity companies to understand their founding experiences, growth strategies, and investment expansion in the sector. Meetings were held with specialized educational institutions involved in research and innovation, including Stanford University.
The program also involved interactions with Saudi entrepreneurs working in Silicon Valley to learn from their successful experiences in establishing startups. Participants had the opportunity to attend the Silicon Valley conference, which gathered experts and specialists in entrepreneurship.
To empower the participating startups in the Cybersecurity Accelerator’s second edition, the program included specialized workshops. These workshops covered various aspects, including market entry strategies, competitor analysis, fundamentals of innovation, regular product reviews, and the presentation of best practices and solutions for challenges that startups may face in the cybersecurity field. The workshops also addressed topics such as financial transactions between companies and modern plans for product marketing.
