“Rabigh Academy Celebrates Graduation of 176 Trainees and Signs Training Agreements”

Rabigh Academy of Energy and Water celebrated today at its headquarters the graduation of 176 trainees specializing in the academy’s fields. The event was attended by representatives from various sectors and companies that attracted the graduates before their qualification in the academy’s departments qualified in water desalination, welding, electrical maintenance, and mechanical maintenance. The celebration witnessed the signing of 7 agreements for beginner employment training for 200 young men and women between the academy and several companies.

Engineer Thamer bin Saud Al Shahrani, Chairman of the Academy’s Board of Directors, congratulated the graduates on this occasion. He emphasized the academy’s commitment to building capabilities in various fields related to energy, water, and electricity. The academy harnesses its resources to qualify the sons and daughters of the nation, enhance ways to benefit from them in business sectors, and establish strategic cooperation with private sectors to prepare future generations from the academy.

On his part, Engineer Tariq Al Shammrani, the academy’s CEO, characterized the academy as a qualitative institution contributing to the development of national cadres. These cadres become influential additions in building and strengthening the national economy, meeting the operational needs of companies operating in the water, energy, and electricity sectors. This is done through programs that align with the needs of these sectors, ensuring continuous academic progress and practical training in their workplaces, followed by immediate employment in companies relevant to their specializations.
