(ONA) — The Labour Ministry’s second forum for grooming second line leaders concluded in Salalah today.
The two-day forum was attended by 88 participants from different managerial levels in executive, planning and human resources fields.
The forum discussed various topics of relevance like understanding the leadership system, commissioning and delegation of duties, guidance, and integration between emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence. It also underlined the skills that a leader must possess to enhance the chances of success among employees.
