“Said Salim Al Shanfari Elected as Inaugural Chairman of UFI Middle East and Africa
(ONA) —- Fourteen second-class public prosecutors took the oath of office today before Sayyid Mohammed Sultan Al Busaidi, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council. The ceremony was attended by Attorney General Nasr Khamis Al Sawa’ee.
The induction prepares the new staff to undertake public prosecution and judicial tasks in implementation of the provisions of Article (11) of the Public Prosecution Law issued under Royal Decree No. 92/99.
The 14 public prosecution agents will join a training course at the High Judicial Institute, undergo an on-the-job follow-up programme and later assume their mission under the supervision of seniors.
