“Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth Launches Second Edition of ‘Masaar’ Program in North Al Batinah Governorate”

The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth, represented by the General Directorate of Culture, Sports, and Youth in North Al Batinah Governorate, organized today the second edition of the “Masaar” program under the theme of “Empowerment, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.” The event took place at the Sports Complex in the state of Sohar and lasted for three days.
