“Oman Air Receives “Best Employee Service in the Middle East” Title at Skytrax Awards 2023″

Oman Air, the national carrier of the Sultanate of Oman, has been awarded the title of “Best Employee Service in the Middle East” at the 2023 Skytrax World Airline Awards, held during the Paris Air Show.

Oman Air achieved high rankings in the latest assessment of the world’s best airlines, according to a survey conducted by the British company Skytrax. This includes the 8th position for the best first-class seat in the world, the 12th position for the best first-class airlines globally, the 14th position for the best cabin crew in the world, and the 18th position for the best inflight entertainment system worldwide. The airline climbed ten places compared to the previous year, securing the 27th spot in the list of the world’s top 100 airlines.

Eng. Abdulaziz bin Saud Al-Raisi, the Chief Executive Officer of Oman Air, stated that winning this prestigious award for the sixth time is a source of great pride for the company and a testament to its steadfast commitment to setting new standards for guest experiences year after year.

Edward Plaisted, the CEO of Skytrax, confirmed that Oman Air’s sixth win of this award is a remarkable achievement resulting from its employees’ dedication to providing the best employee service in the Middle East and meeting the diverse needs of its guests.
