iyadh – The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) to enhance cooperation and knowledge transfer in the management of security, safety, occupational health, emergency management, and evacuation plans.
The MoU was signed by Eng. Badr Al-Sammadan, Deputy CEO for Corporate Services at SIDF, and Eng. Khaled Al-Olayan, Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security Sector at SABIC.
The signed memorandum aims to strengthen collaboration between SIDF and SABIC in the exchange of experiences, policies, and best practices in the fields of security, safety, emergency management, evacuation plans, and occupational health. It also includes the organization of workshops, seminars, and training courses in these areas, as well as participation in the annual evacuation drills conducted by both parties.
