Dr. Fatma Mohammed Al-Balushi from Ministry of Civil Service- Oman, has given the graduation speech on the graduation ceremony of a seminar about Technology and Innovation in Arab Countries in representation of different Arab countries participanted in the seminar which is held in the People’s Republic of China during 6-8-2019 till 26-8-2019.
