(BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received His Excellency Ramzan Kadyrov, Head of the Chechen Republic, during his visit to the Kingdom, at Sakhir Palace.
His Majesty the King welcomed His Excellency Kadyrov and discussed the strong bilateral relations between Bahrain, the Republic of Chechnya, and the Russian Federation, aiming to strengthen cooperation for the benefit of all.
The meeting discussed the upcoming Arab-Islamic Summit to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with His Majesty the King and the Chechen President expressing their hopes for this anticipated summit to achieve positive outcomes that contribute to containing the escalation in the region and safeguarding the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
His Excellency Kadyrov expressed his gratitude to His Majesty for the hospitality and the efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.
