The “Jadarah” platform represents a unified digital hub, providing a comprehensive view of all employment opportunities, recruitment prospects, and training programs within the Omani Investment Authority and its subsidiary companies. It serves as a crucial link between the Authority, its subsidiary companies, and the public, driven by cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. Saud bin Hilal Al Yahmadi, Assistant Deputy Chairman of the Omani Investment Authority for Human Resources and Change, emphasized the commitment of the Authority and its affiliated companies to attract and nurture skilled individuals. By offering a single digital station for recruitment, the platform ensures transparency and equality in job opportunities for all applicants, resulting in a fair and efficient recruitment process. “Jadarah” simplifies and automates the hiring process, reducing costs and saving time for job seekers.
