He pointed out that the healthcare sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain is experiencing significant growth, acknowledging the efforts of students who successfully completed these courses.
Dr. Mariam Al-Jalahma, the CEO of the National Health Regulatory Authority, affirmed that vocational training in the healthcare field is distinct from other areas and has specialized requirements. She highlighted that such programs and their support are among the priorities of the National Health Regulatory Authority to serve the healthcare sector and provide necessary support to institutions that supply the labor market with national competencies. She also mentioned that the professional certificate for dental assistant has been endorsed by the experts at the National Health Regulatory Authority and has received final approval from the Ministry of Labor.
Furthermore, Bayan Al-Hamad, the Director-General of the Seef Health Training Center, confirmed that the center has been receiving students interested in joining the professional dental assistant program since the beginning of this year. The program includes intensive theoretical and practical training to help students smoothly enter the job market. Other professional programs for various healthcare sectors are planned for the near future to contribute to accelerating the integration of competencies into the job market.
At the end of the ceremony, Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Hamidan, the Minister of Labor, presented professional certificates to the graduates, wishing them success in their professional lives.
