“Oman and Zanzibar Strengthen Bilateral Ties: Focus on Economic, Cultural, and Health Cooperation”
Rear Admiral Abdullah bin Khamees Al-Raisi, Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces, participated in the second meeting of the Gulf Academy for Strategic and Security Studies Council, held at the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Honorable Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, as well as the Assistant Secretary-General for Military Affairs at the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the Commander of the Gulf Academy for Strategic and Security Studies.
During the meeting, the participants were briefed on the completed stages, as well as the preparations for the commencement of the first academic program of the Gulf Academy for Strategic and Security Studies. They also discussed several topics listed on the meeting’s agenda.
