Muscat: More than 40,000 requests have been submitted electronically on the website of the Ministry of Manpower, to renew work permits for expat workers during the month of May, Oman News Agency (ONA), announced .
ONA said in a statement :”The number of requests submitted electronically on the Ministry of Manpower website to service the renewal of work permits for the expat workforce during May reached 43,753 in all governorates.”
“These include 38,081 requests for commercial permits and 5,673 requests for private permits,” the statement added.
