Al Ahlia Insurance Company announced the appointment of Arif Dawood Qasim al Zadjali as their new IT director.
Zadjali holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Sultan Qaboos University and an MBA from Strathclyde College, UK. The appointment also highlights the company’s steadfast commitment to support Oman’s vision of encouraging homegrown talent in organisations. He will oversee and steer the company’s IT development, infrastructure, security, maintenance and governance needs, according to a press release.
With almost two and half decades of experience in the fields of information technology, e-governance, e-transformation, change management, business strategy and project management, he has worked in multiple sectors including banking, telecommunications and logistics. Zadjali brings to Al Ahlia Insurance strong leadership skills and superior technical know-how, that will play a key role in keeping Al Ahlia Insurance ‘One Step Ahead’.
