In South Al Batinah Province, a workshop was conducted addressing the development of capabilities for digital transformation project management teams. This initiative is part of the efforts to implement the digital transformation plan, achieve its objectives, and enhance the skills of the workforce to actualize digital transformation in the province.
Ibrahim bin Saeed Al Jabri, a certified trainer in business process management, delivered a lecture covering various aspects, including fundamental concepts of business processes, their documentation, development, analysis, and redesign phases. The session also featured practical experiences from governmental entities actively engaged in digital transformation. Additionally, the workshop highlighted information gathering methodologies and the associated procedures.
