In pictures: Dubai’s most expensive mega mansions for sale in 2024

From mega-mansions, beachfront estates, and plush penthouses, Dubai’s top luxury realtors have listed some of the most expensive homes for sale in 2024.

Luxhabitat, which lists some of the most prime real estate across the city, has revealed some of the most jaw-dropping properties in its books.

Complete with private pools, thousands of square feet of land, views over some of Duba’s most iconic skyline, in-home gyms and spas, and even a private chef’s kitchen, here are some of the costliest homes in the city.

Umm Suqeim mansion: Price tag: $32.7 million

The priciest mansion for sale is this Umm Suqeim mansion, designed by SAOTA architects. The bespoke six-bedroom, seven-bath luxurious villa spread over 14,400 square feet is in the heart of Jumeirah, overlooking the iconic Burj Al Arab. Designed with carefully chosen materials from all around the world, including handcrafted furniture, the villa is close to the beach and boats a state-of-the-art gym, a rooftop garden, a lap pool, a massage temple and a BBQ area.

Palm Jumeirah villa: Price tag: $24.5 million
