Arab National Bank (ANB) has been recognized with the prestigious award for the best on-the-job training program among giant and large companies at the Ministry of Human Resources Humanitarian Awards, marking the third edition of this distinguished accolade. The bank’s commitment to innovative recruitment and the development of national talents, irrespective of gender, garnered commendation.
During the ceremony, Mr. Badr Al-Otaibi, representing the Human Resources Department of Arab National Bank, received the accolade from the Ministry of Human Resources for social communication within the private sector. The event witnessed the presence of several dignitaries, including ministers and leaders from both the public and private sectors.
Emphasizing the Private Sector’s Vital Role
In acknowledging the pivotal role played by the private sector in advancing Saudization and fostering human skill development, the Minister of Social Human Resources, Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi, underscored its significance. He highlighted the importance of the private sector’s active engagement in enhancing the skills of the national workforce.
