(QNA) – Qatar News Agency (QNA) launched at its headquarters Sunday a five-day training course under the title “Editing and Media Monitoring”, as part of a series of training courses organized by QNA to train national media cadres and raise their efficiency in specialized media and journalism fields.

The course aims to develop and improve the skills of relevant employees in various government institutions, and provide them with the necessary tools and knowledge in editing and media monitoring, in addition to training participants on monitoring and analyzing news reports published and circulated in all forms of media.

Topics of the training course address many important aspects in the field of editing and media monitoring, including goals and methods of media monitoring, and monitoring and analyzing various media outlets and extracting indicators and results. The course will include a practical training on writing specialized reports and analyzing press trends.
